Speaker Bios:
Rick Beach is founder of Manager's Ally and offers coaching and training to Ohio businesses. After spending decades as a business owner he noticed how fascinating the challenges and answers were. Communication, conflict, leadership, and collective creation were not that hard to understand and yet execution seemed to elude many managers and leadership teams. Rick began to coach and teach his solutions in 2005 and has since worked with hundreds of people in helping them move forward in their work and relationships.
