Speaker Bio:With over a decade of experience in facilities management, I serve as the Director of The Family Center in Findlay, Ohio. In this role, I oversee the operations of a collaborative nonprofit hub that houses 12 mission-driven organizations under one roof. Prior to joining The Family Center, I held various positions at First Presbyterian Church, culminating in Facilities Manager. I am passionate about creating efficient, safe, and welcoming environments that enable nonprofits to focus on their core missions and better serve our community.
