Join us on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 for "Recruitment & Retention" - presented by Melanie Delgado: Office Coordinator at the Findlay•Hancock County Alliance.

Session Description: Reviewing and recommending from the top three categories of the AFTER Hours Task Force Report: Recreation, Community & Office Culture, and Housing

Melanie will be providing an update from a committee that was formed to take a deeper dive into the report. She’ll be reviewing some recommendations from the top three categories and more specifically areas that young professionals would like to see more prevalent in the workplace.

Speaker Bio: Melanie Delgado is the Office Coordinator for the Findlay Findlay•Hancock Alliance as well as a member of the A.F.T.E.R Hours Task Force Committee. Melanie ensures smooth operations in her workplace while actively contributing to initiatives aimed at attracting new, young professionals to the Findlay-Hancock County area and retaining them in our community. Prior to accepting her role with the Alliance, Melanie was the Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant for the Findlay Country Club.
